Our (almost) famous 5 step process makes sure we know everything we need to know about your business and the way you use IT before we start working together.

First of all we get to know your business.  What do you do? What are your plans over the next couple of years? How many offices do you have? Which of the technologies that we offer would be valuable for your business?

Health Check

Now we roll up our sleeves and get geeky!  We’ll leave no stone unturned when we audit your system, comparing everything to our benchmark, and uncovering any vulnerabilities.
We’ll give you an easy to read Traffic Light report with our findings, and using this combined with what we learnt in Step 1, we’ll put together a proposal.


Once you’ve given us the green light, we get cracking! Our aim here is to improve the performance of your IT system, making sure that security, reliability and flexibility are at an all time high
Our priority here is careful planning to keep downtime to a minimum and keeping you up to speed on our progress.

About Us

When Damson first opened its doors in 2010, our aim was to provide reliable, easy to use IT systems, and friendly, down to earth advice and support.  It proved a big hit in the local area, and we quickly grew our team and began to cover the whole of the North West.

A few years in, we realised that the way our customers were working was changing.  More than ever before, our users were working on the road, between multiple offices, and from home.  Keeping our original aims and values in mind, we set to work and came up with the range of flexible technology and support packages that we offer today.
