I was introduced to Damson back in 2011, my criteria simply to outsource all of my IT infrastructure to an external company so I didn't have to employ an in-house member of my team to look after all IT issues.

Following my original enquiry, Damson took over our IT contract, including backing up of systems, encrypting every PC, and resolving issues that had been annoying us for some time.

Adam is the first person you’ll speak to as a new customer. His job is to make switching your IT support to Damson as easy as possible. Adam keeps in touch with our existing customers too, to make sure we’re giving the best service that we possibly can!
Outside of work he loves travelling, anything with an engine, and is about to start skydiving!×
Mike is the brains behind our helpdesk – he keeps it running smoothly by organising all our IT support tickets, and making sure we stick to our response times. Mike also oversees new network installations to make sure they are delivered on time.
Outside of work he is a self-confessed geek and loves fiddling with anything technical! He also is a Formula 1 nut and enjoys a good old pint in his local pub!×
Andrew’s role is to work with Mike to deliver IT support as quickly as possible to our customers. You might see him flying around saving the day in our service van – if you do then give him a wave!
